Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, chef Blake Phillips attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas, and worked his way up in Colorado resorts before making his way to New Orleans. He now offers a fresh and seasonal menu that delight's Monroe's palate at Restaurant Sage.
After attending the Art Institute of Charleston, chef Joe DiMaio worked his way up, shaping a career in cooking and instilling culinary morals that he still follows today.
